Integrative Restoration (iRest®) is a somatic form of yoga nidra meditation that has roots in Kashmiri Shaivism.
Unlike traditional silent meditation, personalized iRest sessions are a guided, interactive process that can support you in experiencing deep restoration of your mind, body and spirit through the resolution of limiting beliefs, the integration of emotions and the embodiment of your wholeness and call of your heart. I have been a certified Integrative Restoration teacher since 2010 and practicing since 2005. In 2015 I started spending the bulk of my time in India in ashrams and monasteries to deepen my understanding of this practice and others coming from the non-dual wisdom traditions .

I have practiced and studied many different forms of meditation, most intensely iRest® yoga nidra, Atma Vichara, and the teachings of Advaita Vedanta. Although the forms may vary slightly, what they have in common is their focus on internal investigation, welcoming, and the direct experience of your own inner truth.
