Hi, my name is Katy!
I grew up on the traditional lands of the Kiikaapoi, Peoria, Sauk, and Meskwaki people of the past, present, and future, also known as Wisconsin, and now live on the traditional lands of the Pawtucket people, of the past, present, and future, in Massachusetts. I hold my relationship with nature as sacred; it is one of the places I turn to daily for connection, healing, renewal, and release.
I have been an avid journaler since I could write and majored in Consciousness Studies and Contemplative Education with an emphasis on somatic writing during my studies in college.
I have worked with clients in a few different modalities over the years, most notably iRest® which I began to study in 2007 and became a certified teacher of in 2010. I have also spent large amounts of time focusing on my personal meditation practice at home and in Hindu ashrams and Buddhist monasteries, primarily in India.
During iRest® sessions together, I offer presence, compassionate support, perspective and inquiry to meet you wherever you are on your path. I love this work deeply and I continue to study and do intensive retreats to deepen my personal practice and offerings. If you have any questions, please send a message or book a free consult. I would love to hear from you!
